Thanks.  I own alot of geo domains in the realestate industry.  Nothing extravagant, and no city.coms at this time.  Please ask me this question again in 6 months time.  It will be a much different answer.  I am doing great, even better once all these projects are finished being developed.  Time consuming, but well worth it.

P.S. I liked your podcast.  I lived in Vicenza for 5 years.  Make sure to vist Mount Berico when you go.  Have some wine on the cities highest point and most romantic site. We had to run up that mountain, approx 5 miles from the base weekly. Dunno how I made up that darn mountain for 5 years, it is steep!  Anyhow, it is a great place to enjoy the scenery of Vicenza. Very peaceful.</description>
