Interview with Aaron Wall from SEOBOOK - SEO for Geo Domains Via JetFar.com
This is a great interview from one of the legends in SEO Circles, Aaron Wall. Aaron is best known for SeoBook.com. Overall, this is good read to understand how you can improve your SEO for your geo domain and some key tips to having your visitors link to your site.
Although the title states Geo domains, it is not referenced in the article and the term local is used. Still very useful information to take advantage of. Many of the things he talks about reflects some key reasons for some of our sites being developed. One of them being the social network site, that will give users a choice of placing a membership badge on any of their sites.

SEO only becomes a problem when you try to take shortcuts. I just noticed today that our Nashville.com is #1 on Google for a search of Nashville.
Here are the three secrets to SEO:
1) Write relevant, unique content.
2) See rule #1
3) See rule #1
The problem for many people is that writing unique, relevant content takes a lot of work, creativity and time.
Also: Good eye, Steven. You’re correct. Even though the term Geodomain is used in the headline, it is nowhere in the article.
Strange.

David,
Absolutely correct. The blog continues to do well in search engines by exactly your Rules #1. 2. and 3
Good pick up indeed, Steve!
Thanks for that, I’ve updated the title so as not to mislead.
I really enjoyed getting Aaron’s views on the geo topic, I’m glad you found it interesting too.
Thanks for the link
