Under The Weather, But I Will Get Back On The Horse

Posts Posted by Steve under Off Topic on Saturday, March 29th, 2008 6:30 pm

The last couple of days I have not been feeling very well.  I think I caught a bit of the flu and I have not been at 100%.  I want to apologize for not responding to emails, the forum, and posts timely.  I will get to it soon enough.  I just got done sending a newsletter out, so if you have not signed up, make sure to do so.

It is very hard to write and concentrate when you are not 100% as you can imagine.  I have been writing part 3, How to protect your Geo Domains in sections this past week and will post it soon.  Sahar hit a key strategy the last couple of days that Skip has been preaching for many years, but many people have failed to listed.  It is better to receive 50% of a winning game plan of a developed asset, than to receive 100% of a poor game plan with limited growth.  In the end, you make much more with the right partner at 50%.  More on this subject to come.

It was definitely a stressful week for me.  I was tasked on Tuesday to organize a Military Ball for 1,000 folks with only 60 or so days left until the event, May 30.  It is definitely going to be very time consuming and stressful.  It will not be easy, but I will manage to make it a successful event, or at least I hope!

I will write a few short articles tonight so make sure to check back.  Time to take some TheraFlu medicine.

Talk soon friends and sign up for the newsletter.

    That’s right!

A little bit of somethin’ is better than a whole lot of nothin’.

    Feel better.

A military ball for 1,000? That’s no easy feat to organize in 60 days.

    Tell me about it David.

That is why I am stressed. I still have to find a place to have it. The place they wanted to have it at Pinehurst Golf Resort, is booked already. So I will be very busy on monday calling many places to get this done.

I do not know if I will be doing much blogging.

Good luck with the ball and hope it all goes to plan.
booking any event is not easy and making sure it all works takes a lot time.
