In my opinion, the best deal for the month of October reported was Kabul.org for $4,588.

It has been quite some time since I have posted the Geo Tracker. This week Geo domain sales came to a halt for non ccTLD domains. However, the aftermarket for ccTLD geo domains continued to show strength outperforming .com sales. I found it a bit strange that Afternic.com/BuyDomains.com did not have domain sales listings submitted to DNJournal.com.  Perhaps they missed the deadline or have decided not to share this information anymore?

This was another slow week for geo domain sales, and overall for the domain industry. However, ccTLDs did very well when compared to the dot com market. I think the economy has finally started to take effect on the industry. The best deal in this group IMO is NYProperties.com for $2,099. ccTLD geo domain sales totaled $226,371 for a grand total of $262,729 in geo domain sales. I have also included the two weeks missed during the Traffic show period for historical purposes on the bottom.

This past week, geo domain sales declined sharply. This was the case for most of the domain industry. ccTLD geo domain sales totaled $81,933 for a grand total of $105,956.

Geo domain sales continue to gain momentum in the aftermarket with Bellevue.com selling for top dollar.  ccTLD geo domain sales totaled $110,759 for a grand total of $434,469.
