Another week of slow sales in the Geo domain industry.  However, this was a healthy week with $132,618 worth of geo sales.  The top 5 geo sales finally completed escrow from the Traffic show in February.  Overall, I believe the market is still showing solid growth.    

It was a very slow week in the aftermarket for the Geo domain industry.  No big sales reported this week, with only a total of $26,171 worth of geo domain sales. 

It was a great week over all for the domain industry, however a very slow week for Geo domain sales.  Every market has its ups and downs and the geo industry is no different.  We will have to wait until next week to see if this is the beginning of a trend.  This recession that everyone says we are not in, is effecting alot of domain sales in the industry.  There are also many great deals to be found, so get out there and find them! 

Geo domain sales have been consistent since the beginning of the year.  This is a great sign that the industry is maintaining growth during rough times (recession).  The best deal this week is AcapulcoVacations.com for $2,300.  This name will pay for itself rather quickly with the right development strategy.  We are going to see alot of great deals during the recession.  Make sure to keep your eyes open and stay on the prowl, you just might find a few.   

There were not a lot of sales the past two weeks due to all the auctions that were ongoing.  Rick Latona continues to set the standard for geo domain sales.  He does an outstanding job getting top dollar for his Geos! I think WashingtonProperty.com was the best deal out of the group.  I have not heard anything from the Sedo.com Geo domain auction.  If anyone has any info, please send it my way for histroical tracking.

Rick Latona has become a major seller of geo domains this month.  Overall, sales reported for the geo domain industry have been consistent with approximately 20 names a week selling.  This month, the first exclusive sedo.com auction on geo domains is being held.  It will have a huge impact on the geo industry as sales are completed.  

Sales have been slow for the month of January and have started off the same for the beginning of February.  There was a big geo domain sale reported today, however at the request of the new owner it was removed from many sites today.  I think the best deal this week was SanMarcos.org for $1,550.
